'Mini Mahjong' is a five page printable that teaches children a shorter, friendlier version of American mahjong, played with the tiles you already own. It is drawn by hand in ink and crayon-bright watercolor on soft white paper, with smiling tiles, stars and a little dragon in the margins. Every winning hand is shown as real tile pictures, so a child matches what is on the rack to what is on the page, with no letters and numbers to decode. The look is playful, hand lettered and sweet enough to leave out on the game table.
